Why does healing belong to me?
- Because Jesus has already paid the price!
- Jesus bore your sickness and carried your diseases on the cross
- Jesus Himself took your infirmities and bore your sicknesses
- The punishment for your peace and well-being was laid upon Jesus
- By the stripes that wounded Jesus, you are healed and made whole
How can I receive my healing?
- You have to believe in Jesus as your personal Lord and Saviour!
- You have to believe that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit
- You have to walk in faith and obedience
- You have to believe that Jesus’ body was broken so that you can be healed and made whole
- You have to claim your healing by faith, using the Name of Jesus
- You have to rebuke the sickness and/or disease using the Name of Jesus
- You have to command Satan to take his hands off your body and soul
- You have to believe in your heart that by His stripes you are healed
- You have to confess with your mouth that by His stripes you are healed
- You have to hold fast to your confession of faith until you reap the harvest of healing and health
What are some hindrances to my healing, according to 2 Kings 5:9-15?
- Unbelief (doubt, fear, worry)!
- Walking by your senses rather than by faith
- Lack of humility (God resists the proud – James 4:6)
- Lack of obedience to simple instructions from God or the man of God
- Lack of attention to God’s Word
- Lack of perseverance in believing and confessing God’s Word
