What does it mean to proclaim the Lord’s death?

  • 1 Corinthians 11:26
  • The Lord’s death on the cross is the eternal offering that pays the price for spiritual death and grants us Salvation, Healing and Deliverance
  • Isaiah 53:1-12, Matthew 8:17, 1 Peter 2:24, Exodus 12:13
  • Jesus (the Lamb of God) was born in the Spring at the beginning of the Passover month (Nissan 1, March/April) and crucified at the middle of the Passover month (Nissan 14, the Jewish Passover Feast)
  • The offering of Christ as our Passover Lamb gives us access into Grace and Righteousness, Romans 5:15-19
  • Faith in the eternal offering of Christ gives us victory over Sin, Sickness and Satan

How can we enjoy the divine overcoming life of Jesus Christ?

  • By eating and drinking of Him, both physically and spiritually!
  • We eat and drink of Him physically by eating the communion bread and drinking the communion juice, with a heart of repentance and faith
  • We eat of Him spiritually by feeding on the Word (through reading, hearing, meditating, confessing and proclaiming the Word)
  • We drink of Him spiritually by drinking of the Spirit (through praying, singing and prophesying in tongues)
